How long have you been playing and how did you get into it?
When I was 4 years old and my dad, he got me into it. He coached me until junior high and we have always been a basketball family ... My dad is the biggest basketball guy you will ever know.
Your team just knocked off Temple. What does the team have to do to claim a playoff spot?
We are doing really good lately. We have won four out of five and we have to keep momentum going and keep knocking off good teams like Temple.

What is your best win as a Tiger?
When we beat Temple last year at our place. It came down to the wire and it was packed. It was one of the funnest games I have ever played in.

What makes you effective at driving the lane?
I've always been a penetrator my whole life. I have a feel for the lane and where everyone is. It is just getting the ball to the rim and finishing.

What skill does a person need to drive the lane effectively?
You have to have a quick first step to get your initial defender.

Do you have any pregame traditions?
Before every game we get together and say a prayer and listen to music to get us real pumped up and ready to go.
Also, after school I take a pregame nap. It gets me energized. I usually sleep for about an hour, sometimes two.

What's currently the most played on your iPod?
It's rap. My favorite though? Probably Lil' Wayne if it's before a game.

What's your favorite food and place to get it?
Chinese Food at Jake's.

Why did you pick your jersey number (4)?
Actually, when I was a sophomore, there were just two numbers left so it was between 4 and 2. I just picked 4 for no reason. I like it though. It is my lucky number now.
